Because, your customers need to know that you want to solve the problems they are facing.

3. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO MAKE THEM YOUR PRIORITY.

Because, your customers need to know that you are concerned about them and have their best interest at heart.

4. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO OFFER THEM VALUE

Because, your customers need to know that you are offering them something which can better their condition, knowledge or situation. It can be through a product or service.

5. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO CONNECT AND ENGAGE WITH THEM.

Because, your customers need to know that you interact with them in order to know them more and understand them too.

6. IF YOU DON’T LISTEN TO THEM.

Because, your customers need to know that you hear them, clear their doubts and answer their important questions.

7. IF YOU DON’T GIVE THEM CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS TO THEIR PROBLEMS WHEN THEY COME TO YOU.

Because, your customers need to see you as a good medical doctor that offers good treatment according to the particular problem of a patient.
Don’t offer them generalized solutions, tailor it to the specific needs of your customers.
